JCT “Taking Care of Business” Online TeachmeetĀ
We are delighted to announce that the JCT Business Studies Team will be hosting a live online Teachmeet event on Thursday 15th October 2020 from 7pm to 8:15pm. Ā Ā
This event will comprise of a series of breakout rooms and attendance will be strictly via pre-registration only.Ā
The closing date for registering for this event is 5pm on Thursday 8th October 2020.Ā
We are limiting the numbers to a maximum of 150 teachers and registration will be on a first come, first served basis. In the event that the Teach-Meet is oversubscribed, we will create a waiting list.

NCCA Junior Cycle Business Studies: Early Enactment ReportĀ
The NCCA have published the “Early Enactment of the JC Science and Business Studies Report” on 24th September 2020.Ā This review covered many important themes and topics including:Ā

“Open for Business” Online Discussion ForumĀ
We are delighted to announce that the JCT Business Studies Team will be hosting a live interactive online discussion forum on Tuesday 20th October 2020 from 5pm to 6:15pm.
On the agenda for discussion and conversation will be items such as the NCCA Junior Cycle Business Studies Early Enactment Report, the SEC Chief Examiners Report on the JC Business Studies Examination, New JCT Business Studies resources, focus on CBA 1 in the current Covid-19 context and an open mic question and answer session.Ā Further details for this event will be released in due course.
